| "Plucking is for chickens, tweezing is for humans" |
1.) Use a pointed-tip tweezers that meets together at the tip and has no gap when you squeeze the tweezers together.
2.) Using either a mirror in natural light or a lighted magnifying mirror, grab the hair with the pointed tweezers very close to the skin, and pull out the hair very carefully and slowly.
3.) The trick to tweezing is to remove the hair slowly, one-by-one rather than "plucking" the hair out quickly. If you use my "slow and low" method for tweezing unwanted hair you will have a better chance of removing the hair root rather than having the hair snap back in the skin or break-off...the major cause of ingrown hairs.
